Dr. Konrad hits each position from each module at least once and goes through the progressions so you get a complete workout and can challenge yourself no matter where your level of fitness is at.
Use this a complete workout especially if you have taken some time off from training and need to get back into it.
Come back to this video as often as you like. Dr. Konrad recommends 1x per week to maintain all of the strength and functionality you have developed thus far.
