Dr. Konrad continues his Dad's Movement Strategy by FINALLY getting you to roll onto your stomach!

This position allows for you to maximally engage into your posterior chain. Due to the extension we are able to put into the spine - Dr. Konrad has you focus on bracing your abdominal wall during these movements. Mastering these movements actually PROTECT your spine and STRENGTHEN your entire back. 

Dr. Konrad finds in his clinical practice that the posterior chain typically gets neglected. This module gets your "back" on track to standing tall and strong. 

Follow along with the cues to effectively engage your posterior chain while minimizing any discomfort you can get into the spine. You should also notice where you may have some limitations in extending you arms or hips. Work the range of motion that you currently have with out causing any pain. Your range of motion will improve over time as you continue to rework the joint and motor patterns.
