Follow along, pause and review as needed. We will go from start (very introductory level to abdominal stabilization) to finish (advanced progression and mastery of abdominal stabilization). 

Focus on the progression that challenges you but ALSO allows you to complete the movement with proper form and activation. 

It is important to not OVER train the movements that your body is not prepared for. Use the concept of "LESS IS MORE"! Master each progression slowly and completely. This level of Mastery will provide you the most long term benefit in your journey to retraining your nervous system and re-strengthening your abdominals!
