Dr. Konrad brings the last 4 modules together into a nice work out flow where you can easily hit all the movement strategies in a simple and easy to remember sequential order. 

Finally - the whole point of learning these movement strategies are to more FUNCTIONALLY use your body through out that day - when? DURING PLAY! Play with your kids, playing with your friends, and feeling more confident and capable as every man should feel moving in your environment. 

In the next video Dr. Konrad goes through some advanced natural movements to start engaging into. These should be challenging and fun. Do what you can and challenge yourself.
