We are also getting into lateral stabilization this week. This is the first movement that will truly challenge your upper body - specifically the strength and stabilization in your rotator cuffs.
We continue to develop strength and stability in our core and pelvic muscles this week by challenging them in a different plane of movement (position).
Retraining this movement will allow you more versatility in your daily activities. Let's get started!
