Most poor posture comes from looking down and rounding our shoulders - typically for many hours per day. You will learn how to naturally stretch/lengthen the muscles/tissues that are commonly tight due to poor posture AND learn how to strengthen the muscles/tissues that have been OVER stretched and under developed.
The best part is that you can implement these strategies for 3 minutes per day ONCE you learn how to do them. I recommend doing the Posture Mini Series some time in the morning before you start your day. For quicker results, you can repeat the sequence a second time at the end of the day to allow these tissues to reset before sleep.
