Welcome to Module 2!

Dr. Konrad continues his Dad's Movement Strategy by getting you to roll onto your back!

This position allows for you to safely engage into your core muscles and completely focus on their activation. Mastering these movements protects your low back and allows you to functionally transmit force through your legs into your arms more effectively.  

Dr. Konrad teaches you to appropriately challenge and retrain the motor control patterns and functional range of motion for upper and lower extremities all while bracing the core.

You will be surprised to feel your core quiver with these concentrated and simple movements. 

This module is great place to start if you are experiencing any low back pain.
