Dr. Konrad Starts off on ALL FOURS's in Module 1.

This position allows for strength and joint centration to start to build in the wrist, elbows, shoulders, feet, knees AND hips.

Dr. Konrad teaches you to appropriately challenge and retrain the motor control patterns for upper and lower extremity mobility all while bracing the core in this functional weight baring position.

You will develop a stronger core, more stability AND mobility in your shoulders and hips. You will start to be able to engage more into your posterior chain which tends to be neglected and lost with inactivity.

After some practice you will see that you can carry your children further with more ease. Recovery from weekend projects or long work days with occur more quickly.

This module is great place to start if you are experiencing any neck/shoulder/upper back pain and will start to help you better engage your glute muscles to support your low back.

Happy Training!
